Katie DeFebo joined CSC in 2006 and is responsible for overseeing the procurement and administration department. In her role as Director of Operations & Procurement, she works with account managers and procurement specialists to ensure CSC consistently provides exceptional service to its clients and vendors. She coordinates efforts cross-functionally across the organization for seamless delivery of client assets, analyzes performance metrics to identify and implement new initiatives, and fosters strong, long-lasting relationships to ensure client and vendor satisfaction.
She learned all aspects of the business from the ground up and is passionate about developing the firm’s talented team of professionals who carry out the work on a daily basis in support of the firm’s mission. Relationships are a top priority, as they form the foundation for the effective teamwork and seamless collaboration that drives operational excellence and successful outcomes for clients.
Katie began her career at CSC as a Lease Administrator. Over nearly 10 years, she expanded her role to manage a broad portfolio of clients, supporting them throughout the entire leasing process, and served as Assistant Administrative Manager and Administration Manager prior to her current role. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in Business Management and Administration.
