Dave Bosher serves as Chairman of CSC’s Advisory Board supporting the governance, strategic direction, and leadership of the company. He has been an advisor and active member of the Investment Committee since 2014, working closely with the firm’s business development and investment and underwriting teams to support the continued growth of CSC.
Prior to his role as Chairman of the Advisory Board, Dave served as CSC’s Chief Financial Officer and has extensive experience in serving as CFO of both public and private high-growth private equity-backed businesses with industries ranging from software to healthcare to financial services. Because of this experience, Dave understands the dynamics and challenges CSC’s customers face and brings that perspective to support the firm’s investment thesis and client growth strategies.
Dave is also a former CSC client and worked with the company on the other side of the table for over 25 years. He experienced firsthand the respect, transparency and integrity that set CSC apart as a financial partner for his venture-backed companies. Dave earned a B.S.B.A. and an M.B.A. from the University of Richmond.
