Will Forston

Will Forston joined CSC in 2018 and serves as Chief Financial Officer focused on corporate strategy, long-term financial planning, and building strategic relationships with long-term funding partners.  As part of this role, Will oversees the firm’s finance and accounting teams and is a member of CSC’s Investment Committee.

CSC’s financial model is critical in its ability to support its clients’ execution and growth. It enables the firm to invest in client relationships and provide flexible financing solutions with speed and certainty of execution. Will works directly with clients and other stakeholders, integrating their needs into the firm’s financial strategy.

Will began his career at CSC as Director of Finance and has also served as VP of Syndications and Treasurer.  Prior to joining CSC, Will worked for Harris Williams, an investment bank specializing in M&A advisory services. Prior to that, Will held a variety of financial and operational roles at Dominion Energy, one of the nation’s largest producers and transporters of energy with more than $100 billion of assets. Will earned an M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a B.S. from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
